Arin holds a BA and MBA (Management) degree from California State University, Northridge. He is also PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and ITIL-certified. Additionally, he is a published author, having written works such as “An Expat’s Guide to Investing Offshore”, “Kaizen for Men”, and speaks six languages. In his spare time, Arin enjoys traveling, reading non-fiction, listening to electronic music, and following new developments in technology and longevity.

Staff AccountantAra is the resident accounting expert at Quantage, navigating his way through financial statements with the greatest of ease. In addition to holding a computerized accounting certificate, Ara holds a BA degree from California State University, Northridge. Ara speaks four languages, and in his spare time enjoys blogging, keeping up with world events, and following the Detroit Red Wings.
Wade Phillpott
Management ConsultantWade is the resident Japan expert at Quantage, having lived in the country for 20 years and mastered the Japanese language. He is responsible for marketing, sales, and outreach for the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining the team, Wade excelled as an executive recruiter at Admark Asia Group, as well as instructed at the Tokyo Institute of Tourism. Additionally, Wade owned his own fashion design label, and is a competent videographer. He has a degree in International Business from the Shibuya Institute of Language Arts, and in his spare time, enjoys practicing Budo.
